PURPOSE: To save a trouble for giving the notice of a conference to those who are to be present before the conference is held and for urging a latecomer after it is started to attend-it when the conference is held. ;CONSTITUTION: When a conference promoter inputs the name of a conference room, holding time, the type of the conference and those who are to be present in a host computer 7, a notice plan generation device 13 generates notice data composed of the type of a sound message, notice time and the dial numbers of those who are to be present. When it is notice time, the telephone numbers 11B and 11C of those who are to be present are automatically dialled and the notice data is informed. Thus, the latecomer is extracted so as to inform him of the message urging attendance by detecting those entering the room by the operation of the ID card reader 5A of the conference room 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
