DELIVERY MANAGING METHOD FOR PACKED COMMODITY AND BULK COMMODITY

PURPOSE: To quicken the delivering work by calculating the ideal packing instruction number and bulk instruction number from the delivering instruction number and ordering them. ;CONSTITUTION: A stock master 5 having main commodity information such as the number of commodity stocks, the commodity name, the commodity store place, the number of packages, etc., and a shelf stock master 6 having information such as the number of packed stocks, the number of bulk stocks, the manufacturer's serial number, the stocking data, etc., are provided, and the shelf stock master 6 is constituted of a bulk record for managing only the number of bulk stocks, and a packing record for managing only the packed stocks. In such a state, by a calculating expression of the unstocking instruction number ÷ the number of packages = the packing instruction number... the bulk instruction number, the ideal packing instruction number and bulk instruction number are calculated, and based on the packing record and the bulk record, a delivering form is managed so that only the portion which cannot be delivered by packing is delivered in bulk.
