Procedure and apparatus particularly studied for purification of concentrated gaseous emissions, deriving from industrial production cycles

The invention concerns a procedure and relative apparatus particularly studied for purification of concentrated gaseous emissions, deriving from industrial production cycles. According to said procedure, the gaseous current undergoes, after an eventual preliminary elimination of the dust, by means of appropriate filters, a processing cycle, designed to achieve: a) the reduction of humidity, by cooling; b) reduction of solvent, due to a further stronger cooling, by liquid nitrogen or other cryogenic liquid. Between the humidity reduction device and the solvent reduction device, a frigorie recuperation device is inserted, consisting of a heat exchanger, which limits the consumption of liquid nitrogen or other cryogenic liquid, in the successive phase. The liquid nitrogen is injected, by nebulizer nozzles, thereby imposing a strong turbulence on the gaseous current, designed to accelerate the thermal exchange.
