The modular system to assemble bioreactors, to give stepped dias. and variable height:dia. ratios, has a base section suitable for all dias., with connections for spreading and distributing gas and/or fluid such as jet assemblies. The outer contour of the base is structured to give a fluid-tight seal with the flange of the reactor body. The other end of the reactor body also has a flange, for a further reactor body or a closure to be fitted. USE/ADVANTAGE - The bioreactors are used in production processes with living organisms such as bacteria, fungi, yeasts, algae and the like, or with whole cell cultures. The modular system allows the bioreactors to be assembled according to application and production, with sterile and hygienic connections and assemblies.
