The contact spring (14) formed at the end (15) of each flat conductor (11) bonded to or embedded in the housing (12) is bent (16) approximately at a right angle and has a parabolically curved portion on which points (23) are raised for contact with electrical components, subassemblies or circuit boards. The curvature is chosen such that the vertex of the parabola in the unloaded condition projects beyond the plane of the component or board before the latter is inserted and secured by screws into holes (22) in a part (17) of the housing. ADVANTAGE - High operational reliability is achieved esp. under influence of vibrations.
