Height adjustable shearing type elastic support stands 2b are fitted at a fixed interval at middle sections of furring strip materials 3, and the furring strip materials 3 are erected on a foundation wall 1. The support stands 2a are fixed on the foundation wall 1 with anchors or the like, the elastic support stands 2b are adjusted in height and fixed so that their leg sections are closely stuck to the wall 1, then interior wall materials 5 with the elastic function are fitted on the upper face of the furring strip materials 3.
