INJECTION METHOD FOR UNGUENT IN PROPULSION METHOD FOR DOUBLE TUBE

PURPOSE:To facilitate an injection work of unguent between the outer circumferential face of a double tube and natural ground while propelling the double tube consisting of an inner tube and an outer tube. CONSTITUTION:A duct B laid by propelling a double tube A is previously divided into a plurality of sections having predetermined length. When an excavator 11 following the double tube A is propelled, a tube 3 provided in the double tube A is selected according to the section in response to the tube A and connected to the tube A, and the selected tube 3 and an unguent force feed pump 14 are connected together through a hose 13. Consequently, in the case of the double tube A in response to the section set close to a starting shaft (n) pieces of the tube 3 are connected to the pump 14. Accompanying propulsion of the double tube A, the pump 14 is driven, and the unguent is injected from all the tubes 3 connected to the pump 14. Hereby, it is unnecessary that an unguent injection member is moved in the double tube A so as to infect the unguent, and hence the work is facilitated.
