PURPOSE:To automate a series of works by providing a strand bottle feed apparatus for delivering and feeding a strand bottle stocker, a weight measuring apparatus and a strand cutter. CONSTITUTION:A strand bottle 51 is fed from a strand bottle stocker 25 to a wt. measuring apparatus 26 by a strand bottle feed apparatus 28 and the wt. thereof is measured in an empty bottle state. Next, the bottle 51 is fed from the apparatus 26 to a strand cutter 27 to start a flow test. That is, the strand extruded from a plastomer 1 is cut by the cutting blade moved by the cutter 27 to be collected in the bottle 51. When the cutting of the strand is completed, the apparatus 28 is driven to feed the bottle 51 from the cutter 27 to the apparatus 26. Then, the wt. of the bottle 51 having the cut strands received therein is measured. Finally, the bottle 51 is fed to the stocker 25 to be received at a predetermined position.
