PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device for achieving a visually satisfactory product which high productivity and obtaining a product in which the internal breast surely sticks to the main breast. ;CONSTITUTION: Concerning the method and device for mechanically providing meat from poultry body, series of processing parts arranged along a conveyer 1 having a holding element 4 for holding a poultry body 58 are used.
