PURPOSE: To reprogram input data corresponding to the arbitrary mixture of base value by providing an inverted field sequence generator and a digit non-inverting unit as specified. ;CONSTITUTION: In a 1st inversion step 310, the inverted field sequence generator generates series of binarized signals with which bits in the least significant field of size log₂N respectively express natural sequences i=0, 1, 2, 3...N-1 of integers inverted from its natural order. In a 2nd step 320, the digit non- inverting unit generates digits in non-inverted form by non-inverting the bits in the subfield by adding the specified inverted digit to the subfield of the field generated by the inverted field sequence generator.
