PILE HEAD PROCESSING METHOD FOR PRECAST PRESTRESSED CONCRETE PILE

PURPOSE: To improve the sticking property between the inner face of a pile and placed concrete by inserting cage reinforcing bars integral with a bottom iron plate into a pile head, coupling the end face of the bottom iron plate with gaps below cotter plates, then placing concrete. ;CONSTITUTION: Multiple cotter plates 2 are buried along the inner periphery of a pile 1 to form a cotter plate group. Multiple cotter plate groups are buried in the axial direction of the pile 1. A support plate 5 supporting a bottom iron plate 4 is buried immediately below the lowermost cotter plate group. The precast prestressed concrete pile 1 is placed at a specific position, then the inside of the pile head is cleaned to a specific depth. Cage reinforcing bars 3 integral with the bottom iron plate 4 are inserted into the pile head, the end face of the bottom iron plate 4 is coupled and fixed to gaps between the lower faces of the cotter plates 2 and the upper face of the support plate 5, then concrete is placed at the pile head section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
