PURPOSE: To securely get an excellent result of water purification treatment and provide a waterway suitable for the conservation of nature by purifying taken-in water by means of a water purification tank and a far-infrared radiative material filled tank, and laying sandy materials consisting of far-infrared radiative materials on the bottom part, and by making a waterway of the upper part. ;CONSTITUTION: Poor water such as life drainage is taken in through an intake, and the water taken in is subjected to water purification treatment by means of a water purification tank, and the water purified by the purification tank is subjected to water purification treatment by means of a far-infrared radiative material filled tank. Then, sandy materials consisting of far-infrared radiative materials are laid on the bottom part, and the upper part thereof is made a relatively long waterway, and water to be treated is passed therethrough. Then, the waterway is provided with a place where water grass can grow thick, and flourishable plants are reared in the shore part of the waterway, or in a proper place of the side wall part of the shore, and freshwater fish such as carp is kept in the water of the waterway.
