PURPOSE: To obtain a tracking and position measuring type wire-controlled electromagnetic environment measuring system which can three-dimensionally measure with high accuracy an electromagnetic environment at an arbitrary spatial position in the vicinity of a radiated interference wave source, such as the radio transmission antenna, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: An antenna 12 for measuring electromagnetic environment and floating driving means 14 and 14' which drive and control the floating of a floating body 13 are mounted on the body 13. A three-dimensional position measuring block section 16' mounted on a moving vehicle detects the three- dimensional position of the body 13 and a ground block section 16 moves the body 13 by transmitting control signals through an optical fiber cable 17 and measures an electromagnetic environment at an arbitrary position in a space.
