AIRING TOOL FOR CUSHION OF JAPANESE TYPE OR THE LIKE

PURPOSE: To air a number of sitting cushions of Japanese type or the like at one time by furnishing a netting in the lower part of an upper rod which is fitted with a hook in the upper part in longitudinal direction, folding back the netting and sewing fast, and providing holding parts whose sides are left open and also tying cords which are situated in the middle of the side edge of each holding part. ;CONSTITUTION: An airing tool 10 has an upper rod 11, in the middle of which a hook 12 is provided, hitched at a handrail, etc., of a verandan, and hung so that it stretches horizontally. From the upper rod 11, a netting is hung down and its bottom is folded back to generate overlap and sewed fast in the center, and thereby holding parts 13 with the sides left open are achieved in two steps. A knot 14 is fixed below the center of each side edge of the holding part 13. Through a chain, clips 15 are hung down at the top inside of each holding part 13. In service, cusions, etc., 16 are inserted to the holding parts 13 from the open sides, followed by tying of the knots 14, and the clips 15 are gripped so that the cushions 16 do not slip off.
