CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN PERMANENT SUBSTRUCTURAL COLUMN AND STEEL BEAM

PURPOSE:To improve the workability and quality of an underground cellar in a reverse driving method by joining a joint member and a gusset welded to a permanent substructural column in advance and a flange and a web of a beam through bolt connection each. CONSTITUTION:A diapjragm 2' is welded to a permanent substructural column 2, and a joint member 1 is welded to this diaphragm too. Next, a specific bolt 4 with a strap type plate is attached to a falnge of a steel beam 3 with a bolt 3', while it is clamped to the joint member 1 with a nut 5. At this time, an erecting error in the column 2 is adjusted and absorbed by this nut 5. In succession, a web of the beam 3 and a gusset plate 6 welded to the column 2 in advance are all clamped by a bolt 6'. With this constitution, field welding of the beam is ommissible, and the erection error is absorbable. In addition, as beam length will get off with being shorter than a distance between columns, the beam can be easily moved and erected.
