METHOD FOR STERILE CULTURE OF PLANT TISSUE AND CONTAINER USED THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To provide a method for culturing a plant tissue culturable even in using a container made of a plastic and the container used therefor. ;CONSTITUTION: In a method for culturing a plant tissue using a container, the container body and a lid are initially sterilized and a culture medium is injected into the sterilized container body in a sterile state. The container is then hermetically sealed with the lid, which is subsequently removed after solidifying the culture medium to insert a tissual slice of the plant. The container is then hermetically sealed with the lid. The proliferation of the plant in this container in this state is carried out in an environment suitable for the growth of the plant. In the culture of the plant, a technique other than pressurized thermal sterilization can be used as a sterilizing method for the container by separately sterilizing the container and the culture medium.
