PURPOSE: To save labor required for the work, improve and stabilize the execution quality, and prevent spreading and smoke leakage due to burning of heat insulating covering, concerning fire resistive construction of a coolant piping, etc., penetrating a fire compartment. ;CONSTITUTION: A part of heat insulating covering of coolant pipes 12, 13, 14 is removed over a floor face 16 so as to expose the coolant pipes, and an enclosed frame 17 is provided around a through-hole 10. A fireresistive partition plate 17 is provided inside the frame, respective gaps generated on the floor face are jointed with putty-like heat-resisting seal material, and the space in the enclosed frame 17 is filled with foaming heat insulation material 23 directly or through another heat insulating material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
