ELECTRONIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENT CAPABLE OF REPRODUCING MUSICAL SCALES OF MANY FOLK MUSICS OF VARIOUS NATIONS

PURPOSE: To emit folk music scales of many folk music instruments individual or compound musical instruments in a form of a synthesizer 'slendro tone'. ;CONSTITUTION: A synthesizer 'slendro tone' is provided with a key control mechanism 7 for musical scales of folk music, and this mechanism can change and restore a tone color by the folk music scale of a related nation. Semitone keys of a keyboard 6 are provided with a parallel frequency curving mechanism for the purpose of extending the range of possibility of confirmation and reproducing of many true folk music characteristics of various nations. Further, the synthesizer 'slendro tone' is utilized as a scientific search tool which searches and confirms acoustic characteristics of many folk music scales of various nations with a non-sampling method and reproduced them in a frequency matrix string at intervals during frequency formation and combines the combination with results of musical tone colors of musical instruments of various nations.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
