摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a thin steel sheet extrmely excellent in deep drawability and bulging properties and used for automobiles, furniture and house appliances. ;CONSTITUTION: The surface of a cold rolled steel sheet constituted of, by mass, ≤0.0040% C, ≤0.0040% N, 0.05 to 0.4% Mn, ≤0.015% S, 0.005 to 0.100% acid soluble Al, 0.01 to 0.05% Ti, 0.003 to 0.03% Nb and 0.001 to 0.0010% B, and the balance inevitable impurity elements is coated with a solid lubricant. In this way, the thin steel sheet in which complicated hard-to-form parts requiring large working amounts and in which forming has been impossible heretofore can be formed as an integrated product without dividing the same into plural members is obtd.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
