PURPOSE: To expedite the rooting of young plants by preventing the dryness of the face of a slope during curing and by this, realize surely the greening/ stabilization of the face of the slope. ;CONSTITUTION: A water storage tank 3 is provided at the upper part of the face 1 of a slope to which mixed-kneaded substance S containing plant seeds, curing earth, fertilizer and water or the like is blown. The water in the water storage tank 3 is distributed to plural hosed 10 by means of an attachment 7. Nozzles 11 at the tips of respective hoses 10 are arranged at equal intervals over the whole widthwise area of the face 1 of the slope. During the curing period of plants, water is dropped to the whole area of the face 1 of the slope from the water storage tank 3.
