PARENT AND CHILD TWO HOUSEHOLDS HOUSING FACILITY

摘要

PURPOSE: To reduce the demerits in a parent and child two households living together in the same apartment for increasing merits by arranging a building for the aged and a building for families so as to be adjacent, and also by providing passages between both buildings, so that the intercommunication between families can always be enabled. ;CONSTITUTION: A building 1 for the aged consisting of small apartments 7 for the aged and a building 2 for families consisting of larger apartments 10 for families are arranged so as to be adjacent, and passages 3, 4 are provided between both buildings. In case of necessity, attached facilities 11 equipped with a nursing room 15, a dinning hall 18, an amusement hall 27, or the like are provided. Thereby, the intercommunication between parent and child, and the contact with grandchildren can be always enabled, and the demerits such as a problem between a mother-in-law and a young wife living in the same apartment can be reduced, and also the merits such as the harmony of a family and the mutual assistance can be increased.
