PURPOSE:To prevent a scouring sluice from being blocked by the discharged sediment by providing the large-diameter scouring sluice capable of coping with a flood at the bottom section of a dam body, providing a scouring path downstream, and discharging the discharged sediment farther from the dam body. CONSTITUTION:A large-diameter scouring sluice 2 is provided at the bottom section of a dam body 1, and a scouring path 3 made of a deep and long groove is provided in succession to the scouring sluice 2. The sediment 5 deposited in a dam is discharged from the scouring sluice 2 via a violent stream such as a flood, and the discharged sediment 6 is discharged farther from the dam body 1. The scouring sluice 2 is prevented from being blocked by the discharged sediment, and the efficiency of dam cleaning can be improved.
