KNOWLEDGE BASE FOR MAINTENANCE PREPARING METHOD FOR INFORMATION PROCESSOR AND CLASSIFYING DEVICE BASED ON KNOWLEDGE BASE FOR MAINTENANCE OF MAINTENANCE WORK REPORT

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the man-hour of the preparation of a knowledge base for maintenance by collecting key words related with maintenance technique, storing them in a computer, integrating them into classified chart and a synonym chart, and preparing a classified table. CONSTITUTION:As a means 1 which expresses the knowledge of an expert, that is, as a knowledge base, a synonym chart 2 and a classified chart 3 are integrated. The number of the key words used for the maintenance work report of the information processor is set within almost 100 words, and the classified knowledge of the expert can be easily described by the two kinds of the synonym chart 2 and the classified chart 3 by using the characteristic of the classification of a phenomenon, cause, and countermeasure content by combining several number of those key words by AND or OR. Moreover, those charts are changed to the type of a key word table or the classified table convenient to a high speed retrieval and collation by the computer, so that the classifying device which can mechanically classify the maintenance work report newly issued about the newly delivered information processor can be prepared.
