PURPOSE: To enhance manufacturing and assembling efficiency by manufacturing a transmitter incorporating a transmitting device and charging terminals and a metal-made key main body separately and combining both the transmitter and the key main body in such a fashion that they may be united detachably, constituting a remote-controlled key. ;CONSTITUTION: A transmitter or a transmitter charging terminal 3 is enveloped by upper and lower covers except for an insertion hole of a key which remains open and transmitters 15 are manufactured. On the other hand, metal-made key main bodies 4 are separately manufactured by a different maker. Both the transmitter 15 and the key main body are assembled freely as they are required. It is so arranged that only the transmitter is removed from the assembly and carried when their service is needed.
