RECEIVING DEVICE FOR PRESS WORKING

摘要

PURPOSE: To automatically release a formed article from a female die without using a coil spring and to allow the use of high pressure air as well as low pressure air for supporting a material. ;CONSTITUTION: When a material S is supported from below at the time of press working, a second flange part 17 is pressed by the low pressure air from a volume tank 10, by which the low pressure air is supplied into a second air chamber 6; and the pressing pin 13 of a vertically movable member 14 is positioned on the surface W' of the female die W and abutted on the material S. Then, at the time of pressing, the low pressure air from the second air chamber serves as a cushioning; when the pressed article S is released from the female die W, a first flange part 15 and the second flange part 17 are pressed by the high pressure air flowing into the first air chamber 5 and the second air chamber 6; the pressing pin 13 of the vertically movable member 14 is raised; and the pressed article S is released out of the female die W.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
