摘要

PURPOSE: To execute a cast-in-place pile applied with no frictional force with the easy work at a low cost by arranging a thin-walled steel pipe coated with a friction cutting material at the required portion of a reinforcing bar cage wound with a cylindrical body. ;CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing bar cage 2 wound with a cylindrical body 3 made of an expandable meshy fabric material is erected in an excavation hole 1. A thin-walled steel pipe 4 coated with a friction cutting material 5 is arranged at the portion of the reinforcing bar cage 2 corresponding to the ground layer where the negative frictional force is estimated to occur, and concrete is placed via a tremie pipe 6 from the inside of the reinforcing bar cage 2. The cylindrical body 3 is closely stuck to the inner face of the excavation hole 1 at the portion having no thin-walled steel pipe 4, and a void is generated between the cylindrical body 3 and the inner face of the excavation hole 1 at the portion arranged with the thin-walled steel pipe 4. The outer periphery of a pile 10 can be prevented from being kept in direct contact with the settlement layer of the ground 11 by the thin-walled steel pipe 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
