Rising air in water is used as the motive force. It is stored in receptacles(8), which are then closed off by a valve. A dual-walled conveyor belt (3)fitted with wheels runs around on rails (2) either on the inside or theoutside. The dual wall allows the air or a gas to move downwards and absorbsthe water pressure up to a certain depth. The capacity of the receptacles andthe height of the conveyor belt determine the power that is acquired. Thematerials are made of strong fibres and weightless in water. The conveyorbelt generates practically no friction.
