Abstract of the DisclosureAn impact resistant film suitable for medical solution pouchesand the packaging of parenteral materials generally includes an interiorlayer of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and outer layers of apropylene homopolymer or copolymer blended with a styrene ethylenebutylene styrene copolymer. In some cases, a flexible copolyester may besubstituted for one of the outer blend materials. Sacrificial layers maybe optionally be included on one or both outer surfaces of the film toimprove processing.
