The viewing mirror may be used by bedridden and disabled people. It incorporates two mirrors (18,20) so that the user sees the view right way round and not mirror reversed. Light entering the user's eyes is first reflected from the side mirror (18), which may be adjusted in vertical angle, and then from the main mirror (20) which may be adjusted in vertical angle and in azimuth. The mirror assembly may be carried by a trolley with a column and a counterweighted beam. The mirror assembly is hinged (62,74) at the end of the beam (8). The main mirror assembly runs on a carriage (26) on a curved track (30).
