A dispensing unit (17) delivers precoded parking tickets (1) from a central computer with a memory, a cash registering unit and a departure monitor. The dispensed ticket has an additional punched hole column (11) on which further information can be recorded. This information is applied on one side by the dispensing unit by a stamper, e.g. as park house recognition, and/or by an auxiliary appts. (25), e.g for parking time validity. This additional information is taken into account when the fee is paid by a central computer which includes a timer (33) and a memory (34).
