The condensate collector (1) is located underneath the exhaust chamber (3) through which the heating medium carrying conduits (2) pass. Immediately below these conduits, and above the burner (12), is a plate (5) which slopes down towards the uppermost collecting tray (1). This plate catches the condensate which drops from the conduits (2) and conducts it on to the top tray (1) which has transverse grooves (4) which drain the condensate on to the next lower tray. The back (6) of the exhaust flow channel (3) from the heat exchanger casing (7) down to the gas flue (8) and the collector (1) are a one piece pressure cast plastics. USE/ADVANTAGE - Combustion heat generator eliminates necessity for separate condensate conducting system.
