To produce beverages from a number of fluid components, pref. from larger vol. component such as water and sugar syrup and smaller vol. components such as taste and aroma carriers, the larger vol. components are dispensed simultaneously with dosed additives of the smaller vol. components in a high accuracy delivery to the sugar syrup. The syrup and additives are taken as the total syrup vol., mixed in a defined dose, to be mixed with the dosed water vol.. A smaller portion of the water is fed from below into the prepd. syrup, upto a fixed part vol.. The remainder of the water dose is applied and the mixt. formed is simultaneously taken out together. Also claimed is an appts. with one or more feed lines (18) opening into the sugar syrup feed (16), each connected to a supply (19) for the taste and aroma carriers. The connections are fitted with closing valves (21) and pumps with accurate vol. measurement. The feed of the added smaller vol. components into the sugar syrup flow is halted after about 80% of the syrup dosing feed time. The larger portion of the water is fed directly to the syrup mixed with a smaller portion of the water, and the flow for the smaller water portion is determined by a filling level measurement of the mixed syrup.
