The washer (8) which is placed non-detachably underneath the screw head (7) on the screw neck (6) has a larger dia. than that of the bore (4) in the fascia plate (1) but a smaller OD than the screw head (7). On the underside (10) of the screw head is a flat recess (7) for holding the washer. The depth of the recess is such that the underside (12) of the washer protrudes only slightly over the underside (10) of the screw head eg. by 0.2 to 0.3 mm. The screw shaft (6) can have a smaller OD than the bore (13) of the washer and its transition into the base of the screw head recess (11) forms a cone (14). The top of the screw head and at least the visible part of the washer at the side can be coated with a paint layer the colour of the fascia plate.
