PURPOSE:To permit an efficient crushing into small particles by using not less than two different mills of a specified type to pulverize organic solid substances to obtain water dispersing liquid. CONSTITUTION:Organic pigment, organic coating material, organic coloring agent, organic thermoplastic substances, etc., are pulverized into small particles by using the crushers such as sand grinder, grain mill, pearl mill, matter mill and dynomill. As crushing media, glass beads and zirconium beads having a diameter of about 0.5-3.0mm are used. To obtain aqueous liquid dispersed with organic solid substances, polyvinyl alcohol, methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, acrylic acid derivative and sulfonic acid derivative are used. The circumferential speed of the mill is at a 6-20mm per second. The use of not less than two of these mill performs an efficient crushing into small particles.
