PURPOSE:To stably generate oxygen for a constant time at a constant generating speed by supplying water into an oxygen generating vessel, whose lower part is almost reverse cone-shaped or almost reverse square pyramid-shaped, inputting a grain-shaped sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide addition compd. and continuously supplying the aqueous solution or suspension of decomposing enzyme or a decomposing catalyser from the bottom part of the oxygen generating vessel. CONSTITUTION:A liquid supplying port 3 is provided in the bottom part of a lower part 2 in an oxygen generating vessel 1 in order to supply the aqueous solution or suspension of the decomposing enzyme or decomposing catalyser. In an upper part, an inputting port 4 to input water 7 and a sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide addition compd. 8 and an oxygen taking-out port 8 are provided. A liquid supplying device 11 is connected through a liquid supplying tube 10 to the liquid supplying port 3. As the liquid supplying device 11, any system can be adopted only when a low speed at the degree of 3-30ml/10 minutes can be obtained and flow rate adjustment can be suitably executed.
