PURPOSE: To prevent urolith fixing and offensive odor from producing by positioning a drug container in upwardly inclined condition to always flow urine and washing water in the stool so that they wiped off a chemical. ;CONSTITUTION: A peripheral edge 20 of a urine stool cover 2 is made in contact closely with the internal surface of around a drain port A. An opening 21 connected to the drain port A is provided in the cover 2, and the upper surface of the cover excluding a protrusion 3 is inclined toward it to flow urine and washing water along the inner surface of a urine stool from the opening 21 to the drain port A. The protrusion 3 projected so that its projected edge is inclined from the right-and left-side to the rear around the opening 21 of the cover 2 supports a chemical container containing a chemical in slanted condition to make urine and washing water along the internal surface of the urine stool in contact with the chemical.
