Microwave heating device and microwave heating manner

PURPOSE: To make uniform heating of or heating of fine ceramics, porcelain, etc., using microwaves. ;CONSTITUTION: Microwaves 2 generated by a microwave generator 1 are reflected by a parabolic reflex mirror 5A of the first reflector 5 having a focal distance fa. The reflected wave 2a passes through an object to be heated 7 situated at the shared focus, reaches another parabolic reflex mirror 6A of the second reflector 6 having a focal distance fb to be reflected thereby, becomes parallel waves 2b, and reaches the reflex mirror 5A to be reflected thereby. In this manner, the waves are reflected in reversals between the two mirrors 5A, 6A and approach to the optical axis P, so that the object 7 is heated uniformly. Capability of uniform heating also permits preventing the object 7 from deformation even with rapid heating which is achieved by enlarging the output of the microwave generator 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
