MOUNTING CONSTRUCTION OF SNOW GUARD EAVES GUTTER

PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation of an eaves gutter and damage without accumulating snow in the eaves gutter and to maintain the effect of snow guard by mounting a pair of snow guard boards inclined downward to the upper part of an eaves gutter main body. ;CONSTITUTION: An inclined snow guard board 3a is extended from a front board 2a of a thin metal plate eaves gutter main body 1 coating loath sides with resin, and a front reinforced edge 4a is provided downward of the upper end. A rear board 2b is vertically raised from the bottom board 15 of the eaves gutter main body 1, and a rear reinforced edge 4 is provided to the outside of the upper end to form a snow guard eaves gutter A. The snow guard eaves gutter A is borne on a wall 24 with a holding piece 5 holding the front reinforced edge 4a from the inside of the snow guard eaves gutter A and a of a horizontal piece 6 connected to the holding piece 5. A vertical piece 7 is raised from a middle part of the horizontal piece 6 to interlock an inclined snow guard board 3b. The horizontal piece 6 and vertical piece 7 are bent by load of snow accumulated on the snow guard boards 3b and 3a, the snow guard boards 3b and 3a are shifted, shear force works, and snow is cut off and is dropped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
