PURPOSE: To obtain a vector, capable of providing a clone highly expressing a thrombin receptor and useful for the thrombin receptor (TR) binding assay, etc., by integrating a cDNA containing a gene sequence of the human thrombin receptor thereinto. ;CONSTITUTION: This vector is obtained by integrating a cDNA containing a gene sequence of a human thrombin receptor thereinto. Furthermore, the clone highly expressing the human thrombin receptor is obtained by treating a host cell such as Escherichia coli or an animal cell transformed with the vector with a basic fibroblast growth factor.
