STATIC CRUSHING AGENT, PRODUCTION OF STATIC CRUSHING AGENT AND CONTAINER CONTAINING STATIC CRUSHING AGENT

PURPOSE: To provide a static crushing agent to be used for the pile head treatment of a cast-in-place pile, a process for the production of a static crushing agent and a container containing a static crushing agent to simplify the work for the charging of a static crushing agent in a cast-in-place work and facilitate the post-treatment. ;CONSTITUTION: This static crushing agent has a granular form having a particle size distribution composed of 15-20wt.% of a fraction of 1-2μm diameter, 55-60wt.% of a fraction of 2-4mm diameter and 35-20wt.% of a fraction of 4-5mm diameter. The static crushing agent is produced by pulverizing a crushing agent to dry powder, continuously granulating the powder with a briquetting machine under high pressure to obtain a tough almond-shaped briquette and crushing the briquette to granules having prescribed particle size distribution. This container containing static crushing agent is a tubular impermeable container filled with the static crushing agent and having openings at both ends.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
