PURPOSE: To securely carry out the water stop treatment of a pipe roof by providing guide pipes to the respective outside walls of embedded pipes, and by injecting solidifying material or the like into the ground through injection pipes for treating the earth and sand situated in the gap between pipes. ;CONSTITUTION: Along the overall length of a main pipe 1 of a pipe roof that has been laid by a propulsive method, slits 2a opened to the inscribed line between a guide pipe 2 and the pipe 1 are formed. In this case, an injection pipe 3 is inserted into the inside of the guide pipe 2, and a plurality of injection nozzles 4 are lengthwise provided on the outside wall of the injection pipe 3 so as to be perpendicular to the slits 2a. Then, solidifying material such as cement milk is injected through the injection nozzles 4, and solidified membrane 6 that connects adjacent main pipes 1 in the earth and sand in a solidified state is formed.
