PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation of an earth retaining wall. ;CONSTITUTION: A columnar consolidating material row 2 is prepared by the second CDM construction method using an ultra-retarder, so as to be adjacent to a columnar consolidating material group 1 prepared by the CDM construction method, and an earth retaining wall 3 is constructed in the row 2 by the SMW construction method. Alternatively, the group 1 is prepared, so as to be adjacent to the row 2 and the wall 3 is constructed in the row 2.
