METHOD FOR MONITORING FLOW RATE OF GAS OF INJECTOR JETTING MACHINE, INJECTOR JETTING MACHINE AND INJECTOR JETTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide an injector suitable for manufacturing a span-bonded web and a measuring method for gas flow rate passing through the injector. CONSTITUTION: A funnel-like member 1 extended by an injector pipe 4 is provided and the funnel-like member is opened to a gas distribution chamber 2 provided with at least one gas supplying pipeline 3. The gas distribution chamber is connected with an outlet duct 6 neighboring to an extruded pipe 7 through a rotational curved face 5. The axis in the longitudinal direction of the injector pipe 4 is conformed to the axis in the longitudinal direction of the outlet dust and the downstream end of the injector pipe 4 is arranged to be at the height of the joining part of the outlet duct 6 and the rotational curved face 5. An opened bore 9 is placed in a measurement hollow part 10 closed by the extruded pipe 7 and the pressure of the inside of the hollow part 10 is measured by a pressure sensor.
