PURPOSE: To enhance a production rate of a sterile Ulva pertusa variant, by introducing sea water into a cultivating water tank having an upper surface open floating a multiple number of crates having holes on the surface of sea water, and cultivating sterile Ulva pertusa variant in a state of floating in the crate. ;CONSTITUTION: Into a cultivating water tank 10, sea water W is introduced to float a multiple number of crates 14 having holes on the surface of sea water, and a sterile Ulva pertusa variant A is cultivated in the crate in a state of floating on the surface of sea water.
