PURPOSE: To simplify field work by fitting a zipper gasket to a plate body in advance and, at the same time, connecting a bracket with a bolt through an interval adjusting frame fitted to an opposite fitting channel. ;CONSTITUTION: A zipper gasket 1' manufactured in advance is previously fitted to a plate body 9 and, at the same time, an interval adjusting frame 10 boring an error absorbing loose hole 13 is fitted to an opposite fitting channel. In addition, an interval adjusting frame receiving bracket 11 boring an error absorbing loose hole 14 in advance is monolithically provided to a frame 7 side, and the bracket 11 is connected to the interval adjusting frame 10 with a fastening bolt 12.
