POLYOLEFIN NONWOVEN FABRIC EXCELLENT IN WRITING PROPERTY

PURPOSE: To obtain a polyolefin nonwoven fabric free from the bleeding of the ink from an aqueous ink pen and having excellent waterproof and antistatic properties by adhering a specific phosphate salt and a specific cobalt salt in specified amounts, respectively, to a polyolefin nonwoven fabric produced by a flush spinning method. ;CONSTITUTION: A nonwoven fabric produced by a flush spinning method is preferably subjected to a corona discharge treatment, and subsequently treated with a treating agent containing a phosphate antistatic agent such as potassium 3-methoxybutyl phosphate or potassium tetrahydrofurfurylphosphate and a cobalt salt such as cobalt acetate or cobalt formate by a dipping method, etc., so that the adhesion amount of the P of the antistatic agent and the adhesion amount of the cobalt of the cobalt salt are 30-200ppm and the 1/5-1 time amount that of the P, respectively, and further so that the contact angle of water is 55-75 degree. Thus, the non-woven fabric free from the bleeding of the ink from an aqueous ink pen, when written with the pen, having an excellent antistatic property, and superior to ink adhesivity is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
