CONTROL DEVICE FOR ELEVATOR OF PADDY FIELD WORKING MACHINARY

PURPOSE: To provide precise elevator control at all times by an elevator control device of a paddy field working machinery, having a planting part connected to a suspended link which is driven up and down with rotation by an actuator which can be elongated or shortened. ;CONSTITUTION: By setting up an earth contacting body 34 which can move up and down following the top soil independently of a working machinery part 3, a detecting link 70 which is driven up and down with rotation following elongation and contraction movement of a moving part 56b of an actuator 56, a detecting device 63 connected to the detecting link 70 to detect up and down movement of the earth contacting body 34, and a control valve 66 which makes elongation and contraction movement of the actuator 56 based on the detected results obtained through the detecting device, and by operating such an elevator control to prohibit the interaction between controlling inputs and outputs, it is possible to avoid any hunting. By approximation of the locus of a connecting point 70b of the detecting link 70 and the detecting device 63 to the loci of connecting points 50b and 51b of the suspended link 4 and the working machinery part 3, the precise control target point value is obtained at all times irrespective to the height of elevation of the working machinery part 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
