Pure crystalline salts of 3-cephem-4-carbonic acid 1-(2,2-dimethylpropionyloxy)ethylesterdiastereomere, method for preparing thereof, pharmaceutical compositions and method for preparing thereof

The innovation relates to 3-Cefem-4-carbonacid-1-(2,2-dimethylpropioniloxsy) ethylester both diastereomer crystal salines having general formula (II)IMAGEwhere X stands for physiologically harmless monobasic or multi-basic inorganic or organic acid anion, but group =N- OH is in sin-state. Crystal salines of both diastereomers are characteristic in that the formula (II) C- atom marked with a star has (1S)-configuration. These compositions are effective against bacterial infections. The innovation includes acquisition of pharmaceutical compositions containing these cephem derivations as well as their application in fighting bacterial infections.
