The invention concerns a combined gas-turbine and steam-turbine power plant, which comprises heat transfer memberswhich interconnect a pressurized dryer and waste-heatrecovery members, by means of which the recovered thermalenergy of the exhaust gases from the gas turbine can betransferred directly or through the steam turbine into thedryer for the drying of a water-containing material,advantageously fuel, and for the passing of the steamproduced as injection steam to the gas turbine.
