SUBSTANCE: method involves forming tendon autotransplant by splitting, making ligature between tendon ends, wrapping ligature with transplant along spiral line with sliding surface outward, thus replacing the tendon defect, dipping the transplant ends into the split of tendon ends. EFFECT: lower cicatrization of reconstructed tendon with surrounding tissues.
